Welcome to Buffalo Wild Wings Catering, operated by catering.buffaloswildwingsmenu.us. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our catering services, website, and related offerings. By accessing or using our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our services. Your submission of an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability, confirmation, and final approval by Buffalo Wild Wings Catering. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes, delivery fees, or service charges, which will be disclosed at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of order placement via accepted methods (credit/debit cards, digital wallets). We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to pricing errors, inventory shortages, or fraud concerns.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event may qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. No refunds are issued for no-shows or unclaimed orders.

4. Delivery & Service

Delivery windows are estimates and subject to traffic, weather, and operational conditions. We provide standard delivery within a 25-mile radius of participating locations. Additional fees apply for extended distances. Setup, staffing, and cleanup services are available upon request and subject to separate agreement. Catering events are conducted in accordance with local health and safety regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, trademarks, menu items, images, and text—is the property of Buffalo Wild Wings Catering or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Buffalo Wild Wings Catering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from or related to these terms must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
